The Long Island Volleyball Association (LIVA) is one of the largest sports organizations in the country. We have over 1200 teams (over 9,000 members) that participate in our leagues annually, consisting of recreational, intermediate, and advanced, as well as men’s, women’s, and co-ed leagues (60% of which are corporations).

Our leagues are held on Long Island, N.Y. at our Jones Beach Facility (Nassau County) and Robert Moses Beach Facility (Suffolk County). Our players come from the Greater New York area, specifically Nassau County, Suffolk County, Borough of Queens, Borough of Brooklyn and the rest of New York City, and even Westchester County.

Our player demographic range includes both male & female, all races, religions, cultures and ethnic nationalities, as well as a young, energetic, upwardly-mobile working population that ranges in age from 18 to 60. In addition, by way of our introduction, our advertisers get to present their products and services to a relaxed & receptive audience having fun on the beach.
